Sortheim
Recipes, products, dates and quotes end up in the same wall of pictures. Sortheim turns that pile into dates, tasks and places you can act on.
For iPhone · iOS 27 · One-time purchase

How it works
As always. Sortheim reads your Screenshots album when you open it, old screenshots included.
Task, event, product, recipe, place, quote or article: every screenshot gets a title and a category.
One tap to Calendar, Reminders or Maps. Then delete the original and keep what it said.
One tap onwards
An event goes into your calendar with one tap, with date, time and place already suggested. Tasks become reminders, places open in Maps.
Sorting uses Apple Intelligence right on your iPhone. No image and no text goes to an AI service on the internet.
Task, event, product, recipe, place, quote, article or other. Every category can be changed by hand.
Text search across all screenshots, your own labels and export as Markdown or CSV.
For the Home Screen and Lock Screen. It shows numbers only, never content.
Weekly reminder
Optional and off by default. A fixed time, no badge.
iCloud backup
The sorted library (text, categories, labels) lives in your private iCloud. The app never uploads your screenshots.
Library
Every screenshot gets a place.
One tap onwards
From the pile to your calendar.
Tidy
Delete the original, keep what it said.
No. Sorting happens only on your iPhone. With iCloud on, the sorted library (text, categories, labels) is backed up to your private iCloud. The screenshots and their small copies are never uploaded.
Sortheim requires iOS 27. Automatic sorting uses Apple Intelligence and needs an iPhone that supports it. On other iPhones the app reads the text and pre-sorts by keywords.
Only when you confirm. Deleted originals stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days, and Sortheim keeps what they said as text.
No. Sortheim is a one-time purchase, with no subscription, in-app purchases or ads.
The screenshot lands in Needs Review. You pick the category, and nothing is marked done unless you do it yourself.
